Step 1: Drop It Off: Stop by our store with an item you’d like to sell. Our experienced staff will conduct some quick online research to help estimate your item’s fair market value on eBay. We look at how well your item has sold on eBay over the past 3 months. If your item has sold for at least $50, 80% of the time we can sell it for you. We will work with you to capture any key features or other points that you’d like to include in your eBay listing. Once your item is checked in, we’ll place it in our inventory and give you a receipt. Then we get to work professionally photographing and listing your item on eBay. It generally takes up to one week to get it listed.
Step 2: Watch the Action: After we’ve listed your item on eBay, we’ll send you an email with a link to the auction, so that you can watch all the action as it occurs. Many of our sellers tell us this part is as fun as getting their final check!
Step 3: Collect Your Check: After your item sells, we collect payment from the buyer and professionally package and ship your item to the winning bidder. Once the transaction is complete and the buyer is satisfied, we send you a check in the mail. It’s that simple!
As for our fees, there are no up-front costs to you until your item sells.
Our Commission is 40% for the 1st $500 and 30% for any amount over $500, with a minimum $9.99 listing fee per auction.
If your item goes unsold, you must pick it up within 10 days after the auction ends at NO COST!
If your item sells, we will deduct our commission, eBay and payment processing fees from your check. Because these fees vary slightly depending on the final sale price, you can expect to receive approximately 53% of the final sale price.
eBay listing/final value fees and PayPal/Credit card processing fees will total about 7% of the sale amount.
Our auctions are without reserves. This means that your item could sell at the opening bid stated on the front of the Listing Agreement if only one person bids on your item. Even if this happens, the sale is binding and you must still complete the sale at that price.
Do not bid on your own items. Doing so is fraud (a felony) and a violation of the Listing Agreement and eBay’s Terms & Conditions.
Please verify your address on the invoice. This is where we will send your check. Please contact us if any information is incorrect.
